Mr. Kevin Jerrold-Jones, Executive Chef of Cory Martin Events, is setting a new standard for the ultimate in culinary and event collaboration. Kevin creates his decadent and unique menus according to the season, infusing each dish with the freshest ingredients and cutting edge gastronomic techniques to create exciting culinary experiences that will tantalize even the most discerning palate.
Being born and raised in Southern California, his first culinary experiments took place in the kitchen with his mother, where she showed him how to fuse different culinary styles and vibrant ingredients into fun dishes that they would share with the family. His most recent venture was as the Executive Chef at Orange County’s Tabu Grill, where he landed the restaurant a Zagat rating of 29 two years in a row. Today, Chef Kevin Jerrold-Jones continues to push the envelope, creating new flavors and cooking styles that invite guests to experience food in a whole new way.
